In the Himalayan region, treks classified as easy typically reach altitudes of up to 3,500 meters. These excursions involve both ascent and descent along well-maintained trails, making them suitable for individuals who maintain a moderately active lifestyle. The duration of such treks generally ranges from 5 to 10 days, with daily hiking sessions lasting approximately 5 to 6 hours.
This type of Trek involves daily ascents to higher altitudes; therefore, prior experience in hill walking is advisable. Typically, we ascend to elevations of approximately 3500 meters or more, while remaining outside the altitude risk zone and avoiding any extended high-altitude passes.
This trek demands advanced mountain trekking skills, as it involves climbing to altitudes of over 5000 meters. Participants will traverse challenging terrain in remote areas, making it both a trek and peak climb. Excellent physical fitness is crucial for success in this sport. The route leads through some of the most isolated regions, including snow-covered passes at elevations reaching up to 6500 meters. Participants will be equipped with axes and crampons to ensure safety and support on the icy sections of the trek.
